English ဘာသာစကား လေ့လာနေသူတွေအနေနဲ့ contractions ဆိုတဲ့ အတိုချုံးခေါ်တဲ့စကားလုံးတွေကို အမြဲတမ်း သတိပြုနေဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

I am, We are, cannot, will not စသည်ဖြင့်မရေးပဲ I'm, We're, can't, won't ဆိုပြီး ရေးကြ ပြောကြတဲ့ စကားလုံးတွေပါ။

စကားပြောမှာပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ်၊ writing မှာပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် အသုံးဝင်တာမလို့ ဒီစကာလုံးတွေကို အခုပဲ လေ့လာလိုက်ကြရအောင်။

• တစ်ခါတလေမှာ "it's" နဲ့ "its" နဲ့ ကို မှားပြီး ဘာသာပြန်တတ်ကြပါတယ်။ it's က ၎င်းသည် လို့ အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရပြီး its ကတော့ ၎င်း၏ လို့ ဘာသာပြန်ပါတယ်။ မရောထွေးအောင် ဂရုစိုက်ပါ။

• "Won't" ဆိုတာကတော့ တခြားစကားလုံးများနဲ့ တည်ဆောက်ပုံမတူဘဲ သီးသန့်ကွဲထွက်နေတဲ့ စကားလုံးပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

• "Ain't" ဆိုတာကတော့ informal ပုံစံဖြစ်တဲ့ "is not", "are not", or "have not" တွေအတွက် contraction စကားလုံးပါ။ Formal writing မှာတော့ သုံးလို့အဆင်မပြေပါဘူး။
